About the Role:
The Senior Workforce EDI Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing EDI initiatives, managing EDI projects and activities in the delivery of the Workforce EDI Plan, and acting as the first point of contact for EDI queries. This role requires someone with experience working in an EDI role, team or in a relevant function, providing expert advice and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration, relationship, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders. Salary for this role is approximately £45,272 per annum.
