We are seeking a qualified or experienced tutor to work with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic progress and personal development of these students. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with students with SEMH needs, either in a tutoring, teaching, or support capacity. While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not essential, relevant experience or qualifications in education are highly desirable. In this role, you will deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions, plan lessons, and create resources to cater to the individual learning styles and needs of each student. You will also be responsible for helping students engage in the learning process and encouraging their active participation. A competitive wage of up to £30 per hour is offered, along with access to our online platform LEAP and our CPD Academy. Flexible working hours allow you to choose your availability and the number of hours you wish to work each week. Required skills and qualifications include previous experience working with students with SEMH needs, relevant experience or qualifications in education, and flexibility and adaptability.
