Job Title: Support SEMH Students
">About the Job: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work as a tutor for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

- We are looking for a qualified or experienced tutor who can deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions to support the academic progress and personal development of students with SEMH needs.">
- The ideal candidate will be able to plan lessons and create resources that cater to the individual learning styles and needs of each student.">
- You will also be responsible for helping students engage in the learning process and encouraging their active participation.">
- In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working with students with SEMH needs, either in a tutoring, teaching, or support capacity.">
- While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not essential, relevant experience or qualifications in education are highly desirable.">
- You should also possess flexibility and adaptability to tailor your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual students.">
- This role offers a competitive wage of up to £30 per hour.">

- We offer flexible working hours, allowing you to choose your availability and the number of hours you wish to work each week.">
