Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team at 1st Staff Limited.

In this role, you will be working with students aged 4-25 who require additional support due to special educational needs (SEN) or emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEMH). Your primary responsibility will be to deliver tuition sessions that help these students gain confidence and achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tuition sessions to students with SEN/SEMH
  • Cater lesson plans to meet individual student needs
  • Built positive relationships with students and provide a nurturing environment

Requirements:
  • Confidence in working with students with varying SEN/SEMH needs
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans to cater to individual students' requirements
  • Nurturing and supportive approach with good behaviour management skills
