Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Romford. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement personalized support plans for students with SEN.
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting academic growth and confidence.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive tailored support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to thrive academically and socially.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a patient approach when interacting with students.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications in education or SEN support is highly desirable.
