Job Overview

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Behaviour Mentor, working with students in a Secondary School in Havering.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on young people's lives and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £95 per day (inclusive of holiday pay) paid weekly.

Job Responsibilities

Your main duties will include working one-to-one with students, supporting them with their behaviour and helping them to achieve their academic potential. You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of programmes and resources that promote positive behaviour management in the school.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Psychology or a related subject, as well as experience of working with young people. You should be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers and other stakeholders, and have good organisational and time management skills.
