**Job Summary**
We're looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including administration, communication, audits, payroll, benefits, and onboarding. If you have a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks: updating HR systems, managing leavers process, and maintaining employee records.
  • Communication: responding to queries from employees and line managers, and maintaining the HR mailbox.
  • Audits: conducting regular checks of HR data and supporting the end-of-year financial audit.
  • Payroll and benefits: running payroll, managing family-friendly leave, and administering company incentives.
  • Onboarding: drafting offer letters, implementing new starter processes, and tracking probation management.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus.
