Job Summary

We are currently looking to double in size over the next three years and will achieve this through effective people support and a top-class HR function. As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving this growth by managing HR systems, implementing contractual changes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration: Manage HR systems, create new employee records, implement contractual changes, and maintain holiday and sick leave calendars.
  • HR Communication: Monitor the HR Mailbox, provide timely advice to employees and line managers, and maintain the HR Newsletter.
  • HR Audits: Conduct regular audits of HR data and support the end-of-year financial audit.
  • Payroll, Benefits, and Invoicing: Run payroll, manage family-friendly leave paperwork, track company incentives, and administer benefits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonus, awaits the successful candidate.
