About the Role:

We are recruiting a Fire Risk Assessor to work with our consultancy firm, providing expert services to clients across various sectors. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of fire risk assessment methodologies and regulations. They will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments, analyzing data, and developing effective mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fire safety, including experience with Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is up to £50,000 per annum, plus benefits. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable consultancy firm and contribute to the improvement of fire safety standards in the built environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Conduct fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving fire safety.
  2. Analyze data and identify potential fire hazards.
  3. Develop and implement effective fire risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and develop tailored solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with relevant fire safety regulations and guidelines.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fire Risk Assessor.
  • Strong understanding of fire risk assessment methodologies and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clean driving license.
