Job Summary:

Purosearch is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our consultancy. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will work with diverse properties, conducting Type 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough fire risk assessments on various properties, identifying potential hazards and recommending mitigation strategies.
  2. Develop and implement effective fire safety plans, ensuring the well-being of occupants and staff.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Maintain accurate records of assessments and recommendations, ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Fire Risk Assessor, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality assessments.
  • Clean driving license for travel between sites.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, including those related to compartmentation and fire doors.
