Helpdesk Administrator

Join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd as a Helpdesk Administrator, where you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and tenants across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and tenants, receiving and recording information accurately and managing all-round enquiries.
  • Record accurate information from operatives, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring that systems are kept updated with required information.
  • Make proactive phone calls to clients and tenants to book in work to be completed for contracts.
  • Monitor work booked in to be completed by subcontractors and take action where necessary.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and tenants on work in progress and highlight any issues or trends.
  • Offer administration support to the team, including scheduling work to be completed using a diary system and booking in contractors and subcontractors.
  • Assist the team, supervisors, and managers in recording data and key management information to improve the service provided to customers.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Experience of MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
  • Vast experience of working in a Repairs and Maintenance call centre or any other call centre environment.
  • Some experience within the building, housing, or facilities industry would be beneficial.
  • Good geographical knowledge of Woking, including main highways and best routes to send operatives to complete jobs.
