Help Desk Administrator - Excel

Our client, a well-established company, is seeking a skilled Help Desk Administrator to join their team. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Work closely with contractors, trades, tenants, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience of MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a call centre/contact centre or helpdesk environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of construction or building trades would be a benefit.
