Our client, Workshop Recruitment, is seeking a skilled Help Desk Administrator to join their growing team. As a key member of their operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of building and repair works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Send operatives to jobs in the most efficient and effective way, minimizing travel and idle time.
* Utilize strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
* Leverage previous experience in a call centre/contact centre or helpdesk environment to provide exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with contractors, trades, tenants, and management to achieve common goals.
