Deputy Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home in Broadstairs. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.

About the Role:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including managing stock levels, controlling budgets, and maintaining store standards.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and data protection.
