Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at our 24-hour supported living facility in Broadstairs. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

The role involves providing support and assistance to people with complex needs, enabling them to live independently. You will be responsible for promoting the independence of service users, arranging activities, developing life skills, and ensuring their overall well-being.

About the Role

  • Promote independence and empowerment among service users
  • Support daily living activities, including cleaning, cooking, and personal care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service monitoring requirements

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
