Business Operations Manager

The Bridge is a dynamic and forward-thinking charity based in Loughborough, East Midlands. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of local people and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Quality Officer.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Quality Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for business administration and support across all departments, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. This role will also involve managing supplier contracts, maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, and acting as the organisation's Data Protection Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Management Team and Senior Leadership Team in an administrative capacity, including diary management, report writing, and note-taking.
- Manage business administration and support across all departments, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Manage supplier contracts and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
- Act as the organisation's Data Protection Lead.
- Support fundraising activities, social media input, event management, and HR support.
- Focus on ensuring that the business infrastructure meets current and future requirements, and that services are scalable within budgets.
To be successful in this role, you will need a full driving licence and use of a vehicle, or have means of transport to travel across Charnwood/Leicestershire. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is also required for this post.
