Job Description

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email inboxes, producing documents, and making travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage correspondence effectively.
  • Manage specific email inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Produce and print documents, presentations, and make arrangements for their distribution.
  • Make administrative arrangements for travel, accommodation, and meeting room bookings.
  • Provide business support such as minute taking, preparing meeting packs, and briefing documents for team meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • Good standard of general education, including grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Math's or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of successfully administering the day-to-day operation of a small team (6-10 people).
  • Assisting in event organization either face-to-face or online.

Desirable Skills:

  • Good level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Experience of working in a customer-led environment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and experience of working in an office with MS Office products.
