Job Title: Administrator

The Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all administration and stock control duties for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure efficient business administration, including labor planning, job sheets, and support for purchase orders and invoices.
  • Develop, maintain, and update the company filing system and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to requests for information and resolving queries.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date stock control, ordering materials as needed.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing effective systems of work for both office and site-based employees.
  • Ensure the office is kept tidy and organized, with a focus on maintaining a professional environment.
  • Support in maintaining accreditation and completing award entries.
  • Process deliveries, cross-checking notes to orders.
  • Assist with social media updates, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Requirements:
  • A personable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience in office administration, preferably for a small team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A forward-thinking individual with the initiative to implement process improvements and procedures.

Pay: £13.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 14:00, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
