Job RoleAs a Children's Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young adults in care, helping them to achieve their full potential. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to children and young adults

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience working with children and/or young adults
- Knowledge in one of the following areas: EBD, SEMH, CSE, or SEN/SEND
- Diploma level 3 in children's and young people's care, with level 4 desirable
- An enhanced DBS, which we'll refund after a set period of work
- A full UK driving license
