We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Support children with communication and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs (preferred but not essential)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's Award or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Driver's license (company provides a car during working hours)
