Job Title: Children's Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Care Worker in Sutton Coldfield. As a key member of our residential service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to a homely and friendly environment, encouraging positive relationships among residents.
  • Manage challenging behaviors in a safe and sympathetic manner.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of young people, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of their care plans and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, parents, social workers, and other professionals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a children's residential support worker or similar role is desirable.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or social care is advantageous.
  • A full driver's license is required for transporting young people.
  • Ability to commute to Sutton Coldfield.
