Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their own lives.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in the home.
  • Deal with challenging behaviors in a safe and sympathetic manner.
  • Protect young people from risks to their health and welfare.
  • Provide support and promote independence in daily life.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and professionals.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or within a healthcare/social care setting is desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Sutton Coldfield.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide individualized support.
  • Commitment to promoting the well-being and development of young people.
