The 1st Line Service Desk Analyst plays a vital role in providing technical support functions to internal staff and external partners. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware and software
  • Experience supporting a Windows 10 desktop environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and other IT systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
