German Speaking Account Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced German speaking Commercial Account Executive to join our team at MaxAd Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong commercial relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in achieving the overall objectives of the Commercial Department.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer and client brands, ensuring positive outcomes and local language support where necessary.
- Lead sales growth activities such as new product 'sell-ins', sales performance reviews, and arranging events and shows.
- Liaise with our marketing department to ensure effective use of our assets.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of pre and post-show set up.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop relationships with non-competitive brands in the industry.
Package: Competitive salary (£43,000) + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Superb Benefits (22 days holiday increasing with length of service, Birthday off, Private Healthcare Scheme, Life Assurance x4 annual salary)
Requirements:
- Fluent German language skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30-35+ nights away per year.
