Teaching Associate in Computing
The University of Cambridge is seeking a talented Computing Educator and Mentor to join our team. As a Teaching Associate in Computing, you will be responsible for delivering computing teaching primarily in the first two years of the course using Python and microPython, with some support provided to more advanced courses that employ a range of languages. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new courses and programs, as well as developing your skills in teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver computing teaching in the first two years of the course using Python and microPython
  • Support more advanced courses that employ a range of languages
  • Develop relevant teaching material
  • Participate in course development related to computing

Requirements:
  • PhD in a related area or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Teaching qualification

Estimated Salary: £42,500 - £52,500 per annum
