Job Summary:
GSK is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research Leader to lead our Vaccines Therapy Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to generate high-quality evidence to support the development and commercialization of our vaccines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global strategy for real-world evidence and health outcomes research in the Vaccines Therapy Area.
- Lead a team of experts in real-world evidence and health outcomes research to design and implement studies and data generation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, market access, and commercial, to ensure alignment and effective execution of evidence generation plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health authorities, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective execution of evidence generation plans.
Requirements:
- PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent level qualification in a relevant scientific field.
- 8+ years of experience in health outcomes or evidence generation leadership position.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for observational research.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
