Global Real-World Evidence

GSK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research Therapy Area as a Therapy Area Head. This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to deliver high-impact evidence to support the company's business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health outcomes and evidence generation, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to deliver high-impact evidence to support the company's business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute studies and data generation plans.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including health care professionals, scientific communities, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage and develop a team of experts in real-world evidence and non-interventional study methods.
Requirements:
- PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent level qualification in a relevant scientific field.
- 8+ years of experience in Health Outcomes or evidence generation leadership position.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for observational research.
- Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
