Global Evidence Strategist, Real-World Outcomes Leader

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Global Evidence Strategist to lead our Real-World Outcomes team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate high-quality real-world evidence to support our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement real-world evidence generation strategies to support product development and commercialization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute observational studies and other real-world evidence initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of evidence generation plans with business objectives.
- Negotiate with external partners and vendors to secure access to relevant data and expertise.
- Represent GSK in external collaborations and engagement activities related to real-world evidence and health outcomes research.
- PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent level qualification in a relevant scientific field.
- 8+ years of experience in Health Outcomes or evidence generation leadership position.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for observational research.
- Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
GSK offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our company culture values innovation, collaboration, and integrity, providing a dynamic and supportive work environment.
