Transfer of Technology Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Transfer of Technology Lead to join our team in Bolton. As a key member of the Physical Domain team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities required to enable manufacturing of our hardware designs under licence in Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to MBDA's largest ever export contract and work on a dynamic (hybrid) working arrangement with 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship is required for this role.

The successful candidate will work with the Transfer of Technology team on behalf of the Physical Domain team to ensure the design can be manufactured within our Customer's home country.
This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A highly motivated self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
- A proven track record in delivering complex hardware or programmes, ideally internationally
- Experience of transferring products and designs, ideally internationally
- Experience of managing complex product configurations and change management across multiple stakeholders
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Able to travel nationally and internationally within Europe to Customers, partners and external suppliers
- Ideally degree educated in a relevant engineering or science discipline
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
