Chessington World of Adventures Resort is seeking a highly skilled Senior Food Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Security department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety across our global attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with global attractions, Food & Beverage, and Procurement teams to enhance food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to employees on food safety best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce food safety risks and improve compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food safety management, preferably in a restaurant chain or big hotel brand.
  • Excellent understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, and supporting food safety standards and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve food safety goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to food safety issues.
