IT Support Specialist - Retail Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in New York City. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our retail stores across North America.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Installing and configuring Microsoft Windows-based Point of Sale systems in AllSaints retail stores
  • Conducting remote ticket handling and on-site troubleshooting with devices such as PCs, scanners, printers, iPods, audio and video systems, credit card terminals, phone and VoIP connections
  • Providing exceptional customer service to field employees and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction when troubleshooting
  • Supporting the following technologies: Windows 7 and later OS, Mac OS, Android/Apple mobile devices, Google cloud-based email and apps, Mitel VOIP phones, PC/Mac hardware repair and troubleshooting, POS system including credit card terminals, network equipment including switches, access points and cabling

You will work closely with our North America IT Manager to ensure seamless technical support and maintain our technology infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our brand.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
