The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with children, either in a school setting or through experience in healthcare or other related fields.

To excel in this position, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with children effectively, and the capacity to challenge negative behaviour when necessary.

A qualified level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential for this role.
