With a strong focus on pastoral care and student support, the school provides a stimulating environment for students with various needs.

### Job Description
This role involves working closely with specialist Teachers, Therapists & Psychologists to best support secondary aged pupils with Speech and Language, Communication, Social, Autism (Verbal and Non-Verbal) needs & more. You will also receive training and support from day one, working across Key Stage 3 - Key Stage 5. This role provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience ahead of further education or career advancement.

### Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have a graduate degree with a 1st Class or 2:1, ideally from a reputable university. Good A-Levels and GCSEs, including English at GCSE, are also essential. Previous experience supporting children, young people or adolescents is necessary, which can include tutoring, nannying, babysitting, volunteering or personal experience. A genuine passion for supporting young people with barriers to learning is vital for success in this role.
