Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £24,373 - £28,660 per annum, based on the National Scale for teaching assistants.

Job Description

We require a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality education in a mainstream Primary school setting. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic and pastoral support to pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding training
