Job Description:

As an SEN Support Worker, you will work closely with pupils with SEN, providing personalised support to help them succeed in a mainstream classroom.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver tailored support to pupils, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
  2. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress, sharing insights with teachers and SENCO.
  3. Foster inclusive classrooms, promoting positive relationships between pupils and staff.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a mainstream environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • A proactive and creative approach to engaging pupils.
