Dedicated Learning Support Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a mainstream Primary School in London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with varying needs and abilities
  • Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an LSA in a primary school setting
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Education or Childcare
  • An enhanced DBS check and good professional references

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
