School Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. This full-time, term-time only position offers a competitive salary of £95-£105 per day.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN in a mainstream secondary school environment.
  • They will use their sporting background to inspire and motivate students, promoting physical activity and teamwork through extracurricular activities and school events.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN students in a secondary school or similar setting, a sporting background, and a proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach to working with young people.

Key Tasks
  • Support students with SEN to access the curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities.
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive educational programs that cater to the needs of students with diverse abilities.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to promote teamwork, physical activity, and social skills among students.
