Teaching Assistant for Autism Support

Academics Ltd's Special Needs School in Witney is looking for a qualified and compassionate individual to fill the position of Autism Teaching Assistant. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and teenagers on the autistic spectrum to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and interpersonal skills in students.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Autism and have previous experience working with children with special educational needs. A flexible approach and ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student are essential qualities for this role.
