We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Autism Education Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and promoting positive relationships and interactions between students.

About the Role

You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualized support to students, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and personal support to students with special educational needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote student progress and achievement
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support and communication

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology)
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
