We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about beauty and has a desire to understand our customers' skin and makeup goals. You will be responsible for creating a personalized experience for our customers, recommending custom-fit routines, and providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

As a Counter Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, including our market-leading makeup products. You will be confident in speaking to customers, have an approachable and friendly personality, and be flexible in your availability across days and hours.
