We're seeking a talented Counter Lead to join our team at Too Faced, a leading make-up brand that's all about having fun while taking beauty seriously.

As a Counter Lead, you'll be part of a young, inclusive, and statement-making team that's passionate about creating a personal experience for our customers with our unique and cruelty-free products.

We're looking for an ambitious self-starter who's eager to progress their career in the Retail Beauty Industry. As one of our talented Account Managers, you'll be passionate about beauty, creating an exceptional customer experience, and making your clients feel valued, respected, connected, and confident while selling our market-leading make-up products.

You'll ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them, by creating a visually appealing shopping environment and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

To support you in this role, we'll invest in your development and provide you with the tools needed to succeed.

About You:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • A desire to understand your client's skin and make-up goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
