We're seeking a talented Counter Lead to join our team at Too Faced, a leading beauty brand known for its fun and inclusive approach to makeup. As a Counter Lead, you'll be responsible for creating a personalized experience for our customers, helping them find the perfect products to suit their skin and makeup goals.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a friendly approachable personality. You'll be working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued, respected, connected, and confident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their skin and makeup goals
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products
