We're seeking a talented Counter Lead to join our team at Too Faced, a leading beauty brand known for its fun and inclusive approach to makeup. As a Counter Lead, you'll play a key role in creating a personalized experience for our customers, helping them find the perfect products to suit their skin and makeup goals.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a friendly approachable personality. As a Counter Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued, respected, and confident in their purchases
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their skin and makeup needs, and making personalized recommendations
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, creating a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
