We're seeking a talented Counter Lead to join our team at Too Faced, a leading beauty brand that's all about having fun while making a statement. As a Counter Lead, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our customers.

With a passion for beauty and a knack for building relationships, you'll be the perfect fit for our team. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their skin and makeup goals, and provide expert recommendations to help them achieve their desired look.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for our customers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their skin and makeup goals
  • Provide expert recommendations to help customers achieve their desired look
  • Build relationships with customers and provide ongoing support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
