Merchandising Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Administrator to join our Head Office team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Merchandiser with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising and amending purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Reviewing weekly Order Status Reports from suppliers and updating the merchandising and QC teams on any changes
  • Cross-checking data from customers and suppliers against our system and making any necessary amendments
  • Assisting with new product setup and ensuring accurate product information is maintained
  • Running reports for account managers and merchandisers to review and inform business decisions
  • Providing administrative support to the merchandising team as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Motivated and proactive individual with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
