About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Event Coordinator to join our client's marketing team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-profile events, including webinars, conferences, and dinners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise logistics for attendance at events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials, including merchandise
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and wider marketing team
  • Be the key interface with the content team to share event activities across social media channels
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in marketing, events, or business administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
