Event Coordinator for Commercial Law Firm

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Event Coordinator to join our client's marketing team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-profile events, including webinars, conferences, and dinners.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise logistics for attendance at events, ensuring seamless execution
- Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials, including merchandise
- Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and wider marketing team
- Be the key interface with the content team to share event activities across social media channels
- Prior experience in marketing, events, or business administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
