Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

Recruit UK Ltd. is pleased to be working with a leading Financial Planning firm in Bath, seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their back office team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves supporting the firm's client base in Bath, providing administrative assistance to the financial planning team, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding new clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Preparing and sending letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborating with the administration team, paraplanners, and advisers to achieve shared goals
  • Performing general administrative duties, including email management

Requirements
  • Experience working in the Financial Planning industry
  • Part-qualified through CII or LIBF ideal
