Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

Recruit UK Ltd. is pleased to be working with a leading Financial Planning firm in Bath, seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their back office team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, supporting existing clients, and performing general administration duties such as email management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Financial Planning industry, be part-qualified through CII or LIBF, and have a good working knowledge of UK products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients
  • Sending out letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Working closely with the other administrators, paraplanners, and advisers
  • General administration duties such as email management
