Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Clever-HR. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will provide administrative support to our Wealth Client Executives and Financial Planners in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of client annual review meeting packs, including the production of portfolio reports.
  • Collaborate with our centralized administration team to process new client and annual review post-meeting packs.
  • Chase and collect Letter of Authority plan information, ensuring timely completion in line with agreed procedures.
  • Package and dispatch financial planning reports to our Financial Planners and clients.
  • Process and submit new business applications and client instruction requests, tracking transactions to accurate and timely completion.
  • Keep clients and Wealth Client Executives informed of outstanding transactions and manage technical queries.
  • Produce and issue client fee invoices.
  • Update client platform account records accurately in line with company processes.
  • Proactively review platform accounts and MI reports on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with product providers to progress submissions, including client transfers and obtain fees information.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving the best outcome for clients and the business.
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and proactive approach to getting the job done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with Investment Wrap Platforms.
  • Experience using Intelligent Office back-office system.
  • Experience working in a small to medium-sized financial services environment.
  • Experience working in an environment of significant change.
