About the Role:

Capio Recruitment Financial Planning is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team in a dynamic and growing financial planning firm. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors to provide top-quality financial planning advice and investment solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse financial products to provide expert advice to clients
  • Prepare suitability reports and work closely with financial advisors to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Collaborate with the financial planning team to develop and implement financial planning strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a Paraplanner in a financial planning firm
  • Good understanding of financial planning and investment products
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards)
